Julie shared a great summer smoothie recipe
Creamy Mango Dream Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) mango chunks
1/3 cup frozen (or fresh) peach slices
1/2 cup cup full-fat coconut milk, not coconut beverage (where to buy)
2 TB raw honey
In a high-speed blender combine the ingredients.
Blend the ingredients together on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour into Little Green Pouches using the funnel.
Serve immediately or chill until later use.
Note: This recipe calls for frozen fruit to give the smoothie a chilled, creamier texture. If using fresh fruit, simply add a small amount of ice, or chill the fruit ahead of time.
